1995 1996 1997 1998 1999
1992 Saw tough league action against several teams who tried to use players they shouldn't have. 25 teams competed in 1992. The title made its way back to it's home in Essex - but not Tiptree this time - Southend. Southend Sabres Head Coach Jim Messenger collected the first piece of what became an unrivalled collected of National Championships at almost every level of football this country has to offer, an Europe too.
The Southend Sabres also became the first team to win the National Championship without winning their conference. This honour went to the Ipswich Cardinals, however the Sabres gained revenge over the Cardinals in the play-offs (winning 22-6)
